wrong

what do you do?
when the words you crave
are about to show in the wrong lips.
you've waited so long with a patient smile,
and now, you feel them coming,
you see them trying to scape and filter through the eyes,
the wrong eyes...
what do you do?
you can't run away,
cause the words call you...
but what if you stay...
and they pierce through your ears,
they slip to your tongue
and it's taste, it's taste is bitter
it's taste is wrong, simply wrong.

The bitter tastes fades away, that's true.

I read this again tonight. I really missed the point the first time I read it I believe. It's about waiting to hear the words "I love you," isn't it? But the wrong person tells it to you. Really cool poem!
